Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract concluded with us within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Returns and Return Shipping Costs
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Custom-Made or Personalized Goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the customer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs.
This may apply in particular to items that are individually made or personalized at the customer’s express request.
If a product falls under this exclusion, the customer will be expressly informed before completing the order.
Ready-made one-of-a-kind pieces or items that have already been modified or customized by LUXMØRTIS before purchase are not excluded from the right of withdrawal solely for this reason.
